Quality & compliance

Arrival condition is decided long before the vessel sails.

Our controls sit at the packhouse, not the port. Grading, temperature and paperwork are verified while there is still time to correct them.

Controls

Four checkpoints on every consignment.

Written specification

Size range, colour, brix or moisture, defect tolerance and packing are fixed in the contract before procurement begins.

Pre-shipment inspection

Independent or in-house inspection at the packhouse, with photographs and a signed report issued before stuffing.

Temperature integrity

Pulp temperature recorded at loading, reefer set-points verified against the product protocol and loggers placed in-container.

Traceable lots

Each consignment is tied back to the source cluster and pack date, so any query can be traced to a specific lot.
